Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

The watch box packaging must be untouched, unopened, and in its original sealed condition.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

The watch must remain in its original sealed packaging, with all tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.

The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
If the packaging seal is broken or the product has been handled, the return will not be approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

Return Shipping

Domestic Returns (UAE): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items

Even if the packaging has been opened due to defect verification, we will provide a free replacement.
