Refund & Returns Policy

At Watch Mart, we are committed to delivering 100% genuine, high-quality timepieces to our customers. Please review our policy carefully before initiating a return.


Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The watch box packaging must be untouched, unopened, and in its original sealed condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The watch must remain in its original sealed packaging, with all tags, labels, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact.

  • The original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

If the packaging seal is broken or the product has been handled, the return will not be approved.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Watches with opened, unsealed, or tampered packaging

  • Personalized or custom-engraved watches

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@thewatchmart.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item and confirm that the packaging is untouched and in original condition, we will arrange a replacement of the same product.


Refund Policy

At Watch Mart, we maintain a strict replacement-only policy.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Returns are accepted only if the watch is:

  • Unused

  • Untampered

  • In brand-new condition

  • In original sealed packaging with all tags and accessories intact

This ensures every customer receives a completely genuine and untouched timepiece.


Return Shipping

  • Domestic Returns (UAE): We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@thewatchmart.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

Even if the packaging has been opened due to defect verification, we will provide a free replacement.

Please note:

  • We do not offer refunds for damaged or defective items.

  • Only replacements of the same product will be issued.
